Her journey into understanding how epigenetics was the missing link that would set her free, fuels her fire for rekindling the relationship with food and connection to self. Day 1
Arrival

Day 2
All Things FOOD
✔ Start your day with waking at the correct time and flow for your body
✔ Followed by supportive guided movement session
✔ 2 guided hands on food workshops (Lunch and Dinners), Breaky and Snacks
✔ 1 on 1 break through sessions with Clint and Sharna
✔ A day laced with movement sessions and blissful massage by some of the Gold Coasts finest Therapists
✔ Evening meal followed by a group sleep hygiene meditation & movement session to help with winding down for better digestion and sleep.
Day 3
The Elements. Excursion Day
✔ Start your day with waking at the correct time and flow for your body
✔ Followed by supportive guded movement session
✔ Be transported to the most divine Day spa experience where you will be able to experience and explore how the elements affect your biology and understand some of the key components to wellness that you may have not heard in this format before.
✔ Enjoy lunch out at a devine local venue exploring how to navigate menu selection and etiquette to get your needs met by the chef.
✔ Another afternoon excusion into nature. Weather permitting- explore a guided movement session designed to stimulate and ground you into your bodies and aid in beating the afternoon slump
✔ Enjoy hearty conversations on our journey back to our accomodation before we surprise you with an extraordinary integration session before we wind down with some personal time, dinner and blissful meditation.
Day 4
Evolution of Self
✔ Start your day with waking at the correct time and flow for your body
✔ Followed by supportive guided movement session to stimulate your body and mind alike avoiding excess stress, aligned for your biological needs.
✔ Explore the often forgotten effects of your social and personal connections and how they may or my not be supporting your greatest expression. Navigate amplifying your imprint.
✔ Plenty of pockets of free time, 1 on 1 break through sessions and play time. Digest your lunch while we discuss the world of Stress and flow and how your biology holds the 10x keys to a greater experience in all areas of your life.
✔ Your afternoon is set to revolutionise your relationships, intimacy, how your mind is wired and what genius traits are waiting to be fully expressed in your biology. Finishing on Clint's Wealth of Self session to ensure you have a rocket in your pocket to action the life you were created to experience and much, much more. Winding up by 630pm
✔ Optional add on- you are invited to stay on the night and join us for a celebration and integration dinner. Accommodation will be included for this option but dinner will be at your expense.
